For teenagers and adults

If what you want to do is play among the marker poles, make progress and pit yourself against the forerunner in timed and technical training runs, if you are looking for the perfect curve and technique, this course is for you.

Directed by the race forerunner. The timed training runs are
real simulations of the Flèche and Chamois tests.

On this course you are automatically entered for the Fusée test on the Wednesday, the Flèche test on the Thursday and the Chamois test on the Friday.

Daylong training sessions available. Video assessment.

This course also prepares pupils for the technical test.

As an added bonus, you get to wear the “Fréquence ski” jacket.
